Work you'll do

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting client engagements focused on manufacturing operations, supply chain transformation, and value chain improvement


* Analyzing processes, operating models, and system capabilities to identify efficiency, quality, and performance improvement opportunities


* Designing and implementing solutions that improve production planning, material flow, visibility, and traceability


* Collaborating with operations leaders, plant managers, and information technology teams to align business and technology requirements


* Developing analyses, process documentation, deliverables, and implementation support materials for transformation programs

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 3+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or consulting


* 1+ years of experience analyzing business processes, operational workflows, or value chain performance
