We are currently looking for a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join our team! Come help us distribute fun across the United States! Hours of business:Monday Thursday 9:00 am 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).

This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

Job Type:Full-time Salary: $52,000 - $58,000 (paid at an hourly rate) Benefits: 401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCompany paid life insurance The Accounting Specialist supports the accounting team by performing monthly reconciliations, balancing accounts, and assisting with month-end close activities.

This hands-on, transactional role helps maintain accurate financial records and supports the organizations overall financial health.

Essential Functions for the Accounting Specialist include but not limited to: Perform monthly account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on schedule Balance general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies Support an accurate and timely month-end close process Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks as needed Education: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant accounting experience; required Requirements: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a dedicated accounting role.

Strong written and verbal communications skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
