What You'll Do


* Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.



* Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.



* Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.



* Develop and implement individualized service plans.



* Connect residents with community resources and support services.



* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.

What We're Looking For


* Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field


* Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver's License.
