We are searching for the best talent for our Product Management Associate.

Purpose: The regional Product Management Associate (PMA) is responsible for supporting and executing the product management strategy for the Wound Closure portfolio in LATAM, ensuring effective product positioning, lifecycle management, and commercialization across markets.

The role combines people supervision, portfolio analytics, and cross‑functional coordination, translating market insights and business strategy into actionable product plans that drive growth, competitiveness, and customer relevance.
