Wash Stall Operator

Wash Stall Operator Reports To: Line/Department Supervisor Location: Cresco, IA Job Summary: Prep, apply washing solutions, rinse and detail exterior and interior of trailers and component parts to meet Featherlite quality standards.

Responsibilities: Pressure washes finished trailer products with appropriate acid solutions.Scrubs and details trailer with appropriate cleaning productsThoroughly rinses trailers.Wipes trailers by hand with acid solutions as required by trailer type.Monitors pumps and notifies maintenance of any problems noted.Performs any clean-up functions as required on the production floor when not washing trailers.Additional Duties as Assigned Skills and Experience: Must be very detail oriented.Proficient and safe use of necessary tools and all chemicals and/or solvents as required by job.Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interface positively with other team members and departments Potential Exposures: Regular exposure to manufacturing environment including noise, dust, and hot or cold temperatures.
