BI Developer - MicroStrategy/Tableau

Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations using MicroStrategy and Tableau.


* Translate finance and business requirements into accurate, intuitive, and user-friendly BI solutions.


* Build MicroStrategy dossiers, reports, metrics, attributes, filters, prompts, subscriptions, and dashboards.


* Develop Tableau workbooks, dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, filters, hierarchies, and visual analytics.


* Write and optimize SQL queries across relational databases, enterprise data warehouses, Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, and cloud platforms.


* Validate and reconcile data, establish governed metrics and standardized data definitions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.


* Optimize dashboard performance, extract refreshes, report execution, and query response times while troubleshooting data and visualization issues.


* Publish and manage BI content, configure access and distribution, collaborate with stakeholders, and support documentation, testing, releases, change management, and automation using SQL, SAS, Python, and PySpark.
