The HR Digital Technologies team is focused on creating a world-class employee experience that leverages digital enablers to drive business value for the Arbex organization.  We are a group focused on solving the problems of today and opportunities of the future through applied intelligence, process simplification, global standardization, and self-solve enabled solutions.  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Payroll and Workday HCM Solution Architect.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Payroll and Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful optimization and configuration of Payroll integrations and Workday HCM, along with other HR technology.

This role is a mix of maintaining Payroll and Workday HCM product roadmap, as well as hands on aspects of configuration within Payroll and Workday HCM integrations.

* Reports to DTS HR & Legal Global Lead


* Coordinate and provide functional leadership to the DTS Workday team

Job responsibilities include:


* Serve as Solution Architect and Technical Developer of medium to large projects for Payroll and Workday platforms integrations.

Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity between HR & Legal capabilities.


* Proactive analysis of business processes integrations and identification of innovative ways to address near term business needs which includes identifying these opportunities, reviewing and obtaining a disposition decision from the appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand.


* Map the Customer Journey and partner with the business in the co-creation of solutions integrations that add value to Arbex.


* Drives the evaluation of the factors which must be addressed in the change program.
