About the Role

Play a critical role in protecting the technology, systems and operations that power our business.

As a Security Advisor, you'll work at the intersection of cybersecurity, operational technology, digital transformation, and risk management, helping to ensure our IT and operational environments remain secure, resilient, and compliant.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence enterprise-wide security outcomes while partnering with technical teams, operational leaders, and business stakeholders to enable innovation securely.

Reporting within our Cybersecurity team, you will provide tactical and operational cybersecurity leadership across IT and Operational Technology environments.

Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you'll help shape secure technology solutions, manage cyber risk, strengthen governance practices, and support compliance obligations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide cybersecurity guidance and assurance for system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.


* Review and influence secure architecture across IT, cloud, OT, ICS/SCADA, and IoT environments.


* Conduct threat modelling, security design reviews, and cyber risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.


* Support strategic cybersecurity programs including Cloud Security, Zero Trust, Identity & Access Management, Data Protection, and AI Governance.


* Drive cyber risk management, incident response preparedness, post-incident reviews, and continuous security improvement initiatives.


* Advise on security policies, standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance while partnering with IT, engineering, operational, and business teams to foster a strong security culture and secure-by-design outcomes.
