Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

The Manager, S&D Lead - Deployment is responsible for leading the deployment and execution of quality and compliance strategies across Sales & Distribution (S&D) operations.

This role plays a critical part in translating strategy into execution, ensuring consistent implementation of quality and compliance programs, and driving operational excellence across commercial and distribution networks.

The position offers high visibility and impact by partnering closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Commercial leaders to strengthen compliance, enable scalable growth, and support business transformation.
