Waterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team.

As the face of our facility, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities


* Greet and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner


* Answer and direct incoming phone calls


* Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming reception area


* Receive and distribute mail and deliveries


* Perform general administrative and clerical duties


* Assist various departments with paperwork, filing, and data entry


* Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information


* Support daily operations and administrative needs as assigned

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred


* Strong verbal and written communication skills


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment


* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities


* Professional appearance and positive attitude


* Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing preferred but not required
