This individual elevates the overall skills and knowledge of the electrical team by acting as a mentor and trainer to other Fading West team members.

This individual must be highly flexible and humble and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities ? Strong in teaching and training electrical skills and abilities ? Competent in trouble shooting circuitry ? Ability to perform electrical tests and trouble shoot failed tests ? Teaches and trains plumbing team to achieve desired production goals is essential ? Interpret electrical code and transfer to projects and other staff ? Performs Electrical activities to support production ? Assists in helping inform our processes and procedure in our electrical department ?
