Part-Time Physical Therapist

Location: Oak Glen Post Acute - Cherry Valley, CA
Pay: $48 - $55 per hour + DOE

Oak Glen Post Acute is looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis.

What You'll Do


* Provide individualized physical therapy services to post-acute patients.


* Develop and implement treatment plans to restore mobility and function.


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


* Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises.

What We're Looking For


* Licensure: Current California Physical Therapist license (required).


* Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.
