The Technical Product Owner, Knowledge and Content for Global Corporate Affairs is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering technology capabilities that enable GCA teams to create, manage, discover, govern, and reuse knowledge and content effectively.
This role will advance modern knowledge management, enterprise content management, workflow, search, taxonomy, metadata, and AI-enabled content capabilities that support a more connected, efficient, and insight-driven GCA organization.
Reporting to the Product Group Leader, Global Corporate Affairs Technology, this leader will partner closely with GCA business stakeholders, Corporate Business Technology, enterprise platform teams, Legal, Privacy, Security, Records Management, Procurement, and external vendors to translate business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring strong product ownership, stakeholder engagement, content lifecycle, knowledge management, and agile delivery experience, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a highly matrixed enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for GCA knowledge and content capabilities, ensuring alignment to Global Corporate Affairs priorities and enterprise technology standards.
Working in partnership with Corporate Business Technology's Data and Insights Chapter.
* Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and measurable success metrics.
