2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive performance.


* Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.


* Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing schedules to meet customer and company commitments.


* Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to drive performance and operational success.


* Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.


* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency.


* Collaborate with leadership, team members, and cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.


* Resolve employee concerns, enforce company policies and procedures, and foster a positive work environment.


* Support safety, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards to maintain a clean and compliant operation.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* 2 years of relevant work experience


* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment


* Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

It'd be great if you also have:


* Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field


* 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience


* Bilingual English/Spanish


* Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment


* Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

This job requires the ability to:


* Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights


* Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
