Job Description:

Key Responsibilities



* Supports the daily coordination of plant operations.


* Delegates plant assignments and job schedules.


* Coordinates the loading and unloading of trucks.


* Partner with other departments to coordinate plant/warehouse activities.


* Incorporates and maintains safety observances, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting good daily safety practices and habits.


* Maintains essential paperwork and records.


* Generates departmental reporting as required.


* Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience



* Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 or more years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills



* Basic computer skills.


* Ability to solve problems.


* Good interpersonal skills.


* Detail oriented.


* Organization skills.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $22.40 - $38.17 annually.

Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between26.00 to28.00 annually.

Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.

The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
