Project Execution Senior Associate

* Job description:
+ Lead end-to-end execution of electrical services projects, specially brownfield projects.
+ Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
+ Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and issues.
+ Act as the primary interface with customers, consultants, and internal teams.
+ Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and service teams.
+ Conduct project meetings, progress reviews, and reporting.
+ Manage subcontractors and vendors effectively.
+ Track project costs, margins, and cash flow.
+ Manage variations, claims, and change orders.
+ Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
+ Ensure quality standards and documentation are maintained.

Key Skills & Competencies


* Strong project management skills (planning, scheduling, and cost control).


* Risk management and problem-solving capabilities.


* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


* Solid technical knowledge of electrical distribution and protection systems.


* Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
