Membership Advisor (Opening Shift 4:45-10am M-F) - Southwest Valley Family YMCA

Together with the Member Experience Director, the Membership Advisor is the first point of contact for prospective new members, determining their needs and offering solutions to meet these needs.

The Membership Advisor will meet and exceed sales goals by handling all membership inquiries (phone, email, in person), identifying and actively problem-solving to overcome objections/obstacles to joining.

Membership Advisors will track and manage leads and new member engagement outreach.

Other responsibilities could include community outreach by participating in the planning and execution of membership marketing events to increase membership growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR: Deliver excellent customer service to all members, guests, and program participantsBe the friendly face that each member, guest and program participant see's when first entering the branchCreate positive lasting memories for each person with helpful responses to their needs
