About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on leader to run day-to-day harvest operations, keeping every crop cycle on track for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your leadership directly shapes product outcomes and team performance.

Core Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and assign daily tasks to the harvest crew, directing runners, trimmers, hangers, and scale operators.

Coordinate harvest scheduling, strain sequencing, and station setup/teardown with the Harvest Manager and Dry Room Lead.

Flag quality concerns immediately and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.

Manage dry room placement, lighting, and room readiness for each harvest.

Maintain accurate quarantine inventory tracking in BIOTrack and communicate status to Managers and Inventory staff.

Support hiring, performance, and R&D initiatives as needed.

What You Bring: Must be 21+, with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

6+ months of plant/agriculture experience preferred; comfortable with high plant volumes.

Skilled with Microsoft Office, BIOTrack, and labeling systems.

Organized, level-headed under pressure, and confident directing a team.

Physical Demands: Able to stand/sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work around dust, humidity, heat, and moderate noise.

Facility is a two-story warehouse comfort with stairs and elevated work areas required.
