You will welcome guests and greet people who visit Central Wyoming Counseling Center (CWCC).

Work Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school Diploma or GED required Experience: Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software platforms Prefer CPC (coding); demonstrated ICD-10 proficiency; Experience with ICD-10 and behavioral health CPT codes, and healthcare reimbursement practices.

Prefer professional certification (i.e.

AAPC) in behavioral health coding JOB SUMMARY: The Client Service Representative is primarily responsible for offering administrative support across the organization.

This position will coordinate front-desk activities, distribute correspondence, and re-direct phone calls.
