We are looking for a passionate, service-oriented, and reliable Housing Attendant – Staff Accommodation to help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment for our team members while supporting the Human Resources department in delivering an exceptional colleague experience.

A little taste of your day-to-day



* Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of staff accommodation facilities.


* Assist with colleague accommodation check-in, room allocation, inspections, and check-out.


* Respond promptly and professionally to accommodation requests and maintenance concerns.


* Support the Human Resources team with colleague engagement activities, onboarding, wellness programs, and other HR initiatives.


* Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure accommodation standards are maintained.


* Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive living environment for all colleagues.


* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety standards, and environmental practices.


* Assist with general HR administrative and operational duties as required.

What do we need from you?



* High School Diploma or equivalent.


* Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, staff accommodation, facilities, or Human Resources support is an advantage.


* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.


* Good communication and organizational abilities.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).


* Positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
