Program Manager, Workforce Safety Reporting

Work Schedule :

Full-time, 100% FTE, hybrid position.

Weekly schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional hours outside of that time frame.

Hours could vary based on operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Program Manager, Workforce Safety Reporting to:


* Lead and advance UW Health's workforce safety program through data-driven strategies that reduce employee injury risk and strengthen a culture of safety.


* Partner with leaders across the organization to identify trends, implement safety improvements, and drive meaningful outcomes for workforce well-being.


* Serve as the organizational expert for workforce safety reporting systems, analytics, ergonomic programs, and injury prevention initiatives.


* Transform safety data into actionable insights, education, and system-wide improvements that support team members across UW Health

Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Required


* Master's Degree in Occupational, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Health Administration, or related field.

Preferred

Work Experience


* 3 years of relevant experience in occupational health, injury prevention, safety programs, program management, or related work.

Required


* 3 years of experience analyzing data and identifying improvement opportunities.

* 5 years of relevant experience in project/program management, healthcare operations, or workforce safety.

* Experience using incident/event reporting systems.

* Experience working within a healthcare system.

Licenses & Certifications


* Certification with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board or Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin or RN with Certification in Occupational Health (Certified Occupational Health Nurse) Preferred
