Offer Specialist C&SP

We are looking for an Offer Specialist for Cloud & Service Providers to drive our Digital Energy positioning in the data center segment.

This is a high-impact, exposed role operating at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and cross-functional coordination.

You will work across multiple internal and external stakeholders to shape and position integrated solutions for some of the most demanding and technically advanced customers in the market.

What you will do:

Drive Technical Solution Positioning


* Shape and position integrated solutions for our data center clients across:
+ Building Management Systems (BMS / automation)
+ Energy & Power Management (EPMS / PMS)
+ Monitoring, metering, and field devices


* Contribute to the development of software-driven, integrated offers


* Support the transition toward open, interoperable platforms (integration, data, and scalability)

Lead Value-Based Customer Engagement


* Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value (efficiency, uptime, performance, scalability)


* Engage confidently with highly technical data center customers


* Support commercial discussions with a consultative, solution-oriented approach

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Collaboration


* Work across a complex stakeholder landscape, including Sales and Account Managers, Solution Architects, Internal Secure Power teams, Global account organizations, as well as Execution and delivery teams


* Align stakeholders to build and deliver winning offers


* Navigate a matrix organization and drive outcomes without direct authority

Qualifications


* With a strong technical background, you have a solid understanding of:
+ Automation / Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS)
+ Energy & Power Monitoring systems (EPMS / PMS)


* Knowledge of field-level infrastructure (sensors, metering, controls)


* Exposure to data center environments or critical infrastructure is highly valued


* Fluent in Swedish and English
