As Manager, S&M Process Optimization, you will take on a highly visible leadership role within the S&M Business Performance and Compliance team, helping shape how work gets done across Supply & Marketing.

This is an opportunity to lead a team focused on delivering measurable business value by leveraging existing CITGO technology and tools to improve efficiency, reduceg cost and risk exposure, and support revenue growth.

This role is ideal for a leader who combines a passion for delivering results with an innate curiosity for emerging technology-someone who actively seeks out innovative solutions and transforms them into practical, scalable business improvements.

Success requires the ability to combine continuous improvement principles with strong technical acumen and hands-on problem-solving to design, build, and deploy practical, scalable solutions.

Working across Supply & Marketing and IT, you will help build strong data foundations, rapidly develop analytics and automation solutions, and accelerate value realization through process optimization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.Minimum experience requirements:
