Role: The Supervisory Project Manager shall oversee contract staff and ensure projects are completed within established timelines and to stakeholder criteria.

Duties: The Supervisory Project Manager will: Assign tasks, workloads, set priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met for stakeholders and customers.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.

Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.

Ensure contract deliverables are met on time.

Brief stakeholders and customers bi-weekly.

Develop project plans for each project with proposed timelines, monitor status, and seek approval from COR.

Solicit feedback on completed projects to meet government standards Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of 1 year of experience in program or project management.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar).
