Senior Analyst, Business Finance Multi-disciplinary
What will you do?
As a Financial Analyst within the Costing Team, you will support financial analysis, costing activities, and business performance reporting.
Working closely with Plant Controllers, Operations, FP&A, and Finance teams, you will help provide accurate financial information and insights that support operational and business decision-making.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop costing expertise, strengthen analytical skills, and gain exposure to manufacturing and operational finance processes within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and finance stakeholders by providing financial analysis and reporting.
* Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to ensure accurate and timely information.
* Assist in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of costing data, financial reporting, and month-end activities.
* Participate in annual costing campaigns by supporting data collection, validations, cost roll activities, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to established timelines and methodologies.
* Analyze financial and operational results, identifying trends, variances, and potential improvement opportunities.
* Contribute to process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives within the costing function.
* Support data validation, reconciliations, and financial controls to ensure compliance with established processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support business requirements.
* Participate in projects and initiatives related to costing, reporting, and operational finance.
