SYNC Residential is hiring a Housekeeper with keen attention to detail to join our service team at an upcoming acquisition in the 78233 area code! This 300+ unit, Class A, Garden Style community was built in 2017 and offers modern, elevated finishes with resort-style amenities.

A Day in the Life of a Housekeeper with SYNC Residential: Cleaning all community common areas and amenity spaces to ensure peak readiness and presentationRefreshing all model and vacant units as scheduled for touringCleaning all cooking areas including indoor and outdoor community kitchens, lounges, and grilling stationsEnsuring all public restrooms are clean and well stocked throughout the dayMonitoring and replacing all air fresheners and light bulbs are in proper working orderAssisting in the make ready process as needed Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.

Essential Duties: Cleans and picks up trash from around trash dumpster, ensuring a clean and tidy appearance at all timesCleans and arranges furniture and trash receptacles in pool area(s).

Possesses pool operators certificate.

Tests chemical level of pool water on daily basis and checks to maintain proper chemical balance.

Follows manufacturers directions for use of company-supplied materials and equipment.Cleans and maintains club facilities in an orderly, presentable and decorative fashion.Maintains cleanliness of office and all other amenity and common area facilities assuring general cleanliness of grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, streets, driveways, parking lots, entrances, foyers, breezeways, recreational areas, etc.

May perform exterior building light checks and assist with repairs and replacement of same.Thoroughly cleans out vacated apartments designated by supervisor and prepares same for make-ready and re-renting, including carpet repairs, dyeing and shampooing as needed.Incorporates both safety and customer service in the performance of all job duties.Maintains consistent and punctual attendance record.Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.Other duties as assigned Experience Requirements: High school graduate or GEDPrevious apartment housekeeping or janitorial experience is highly preferredValid Driver's License Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance401(k) with employer matchGenerous paid time offMonthly resident renewal bonusEmployee rent discount eligibility
