We are growing and looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and wants to work with pre-qualified, company-provided leadsno cold calling required.

What Youll Do Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments Evaluate water quality concerns and recommend solutions Present and sell water treatment systems Build trust and deliver a high-quality customer experience Manage and follow up on leads provided by the marketing team Schedule Pre-set appointments provided (no prospecting required) Typical workload: 4050 appointments per month Availability required for evenings and Saturdays No Sunday appointments Compensation & Benefits Top performers earn $150,000+ annually Base salary + commission during training Transition to uncapped commission structure Bi-weekly pay Benefits include: Medical, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Structured, hands-on training program What Were Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and manage a schedule Comfortable with in-home, consultative sales Preferred (not required): In-home or outside sales experience Experience selling to homeowners Physical Requirements Ability to travel to and attend in-home appointments throughout the workday Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during appointments Ability to use hands and arms to demonstrate products and complete paperwork or electronic documentation Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment (up to approximately 2530 lbs, as needed) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
