Centerville Post Acute is seeking a dependable and compassionate Van/Appointment Driver to join our team.

In this role, you will safely transport our patients to and from scheduled medical appointments while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a comfortable experience.
Responsibilities


* Safely transport patients to and from doctor's appointments and other scheduled medical visits.


* Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.


* Ensure patient safety during transportation.


* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained company vehicle.


* Follow scheduled routes and appointment times.


* Communicate effectively with nursing staff and appointment coordinators.


* Complete transportation logs and other required documentation.

Qualifications


* Valid Ohio driver's license.


* Must have a clean driving record.


* Must maintain current automobile insurance.


* Stretcher van experience preferred.


* Ability to safely assist patients with mobility needs.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Dependable, punctual, and professional.


* Experience transporting patients or working in healthcare is preferred but not required.
