What You Will Do


* Gather requirements and collaborate with functional team on design of integrations, extensions, reports, and conversions


* Connect to Finance team business goals, priorities, key performance indicators, and operational impacts


* Resolve reported defects and maintain solution status


* Initiate and maintain Lean Specification mapping documents for all integrations, legacy Guardian system, and Infor systems


* Consult with Infor functional and technical resources to complete any necessary information for completion of Lean Spec


* Support solution and integration testing


* Drive timely resolutions of issues impacting business


* ProvideGuardianinstitutional knowledge to stakeholders


* Facilitate stakeholder conversations and translate technical detail into business insight


* Validate logic/configuration, and lead pre-release and user acceptance testing


* Support change control and keep system documentation and compliance current


* Stay current on relevant technologies and best practices

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Demonstrated experience as a business systems analyst or a comparable role

• Experience using ERP systems such INFOR M3, Infor Cloud Suite, SAP, etc.

• Experience delivering software solutions end-to-end with business and technical teams

• Working knowledge of how software solutions are designed, configured, and delivered

What Will Put You Ahead

• Working knowledge of INFOR M3

• Experience with AI literacy and utilization

• Experience with AGILE© teams and innovation frameworks

• Experience partnering with software vendors or development teams to solve business needs

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
