Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for the PM Shift.

We operate on a 4-on, 2-off rotating schedule, providing you with predictable shifts and regular days off.

* Shift: PM Shift (Afternoon/Evening)


* Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off (Rotating)

Key Responsibilities



* Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents.


* Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.


* Assess, monitor, and document resident health status changes.


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families on care plans.


* Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).


* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

Requirements



* Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.


* Current CPR/BLLS certification.


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Previous experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care is preferred but not required.
