Our team

Our team consists of highly qualified engineers who are passionate about delivering the best products and services to our customers.

As a reliability and validation engineer, you will work closely with a team of experts in the field and develop effective reliability and validation strategies.

Your tasks in detail

• Defining Reliability Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear reliability targets during the product design phase.

• Stakeholder Communication: Interface with both internal teams and customers to align on reliability expectations and ensure targets are met.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Host regular cross-functional team meetings with Design, Test, and Simulation engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle.

• Execution Strategy: Develop and communicate precise execution strategies and test instructions to the test labs for flawless validation.

• Test Plan Development: Create reliability test plans for Automotive Sensors based on product design validation requirements.

Leverage methods like binomial distribution for sample size estimation and stress life curves to correlate with field life.

* Project Management: Oversee testing and validation timelines and coordination across labs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project reliability & validation milestones are met.

Track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Ownership of DVP&R across all design phases.

• Reliability Methods Implementation: Incorporate reliability methods (such as accelerated life, degradation, and run-to-failure testing) into test plans to ensure products meet or exceed customer reliability and durability requirements.

• Risk Assessment and Remediation: Perform reliability analysis and risk assessments to identify potential failure modes and recommend remedial strategies.

• Reliability Models: Develop, maintain, and enhance reliability models for overall sensor systems (including Arrhenius, Weibull and exponential distribution) to predict product reliability and estimate lifetime across different platforms or technologies.

o Specifics include PCB, Passive and Active Components, Mechanical Components

• Results Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results, identify trends, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.

Produce comprehensive reliability reports, including failure analysis reports, predictions, and test results.
