* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of sales, account management, or business development experience within manufacturing, metals, aerospace, or industrial markets.
* Experience within the titanium, specialty metals, or commodity metals industry preferred.
* Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success managing strategic customer relationships.
* Proven negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced and changing market environments.
* Ability to develop productive business relationships that support long-term growth and profitability.
* Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and decision-makers within large organizations.
* Highly organized with strong follow-through and project management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/business systems.
* Ability to travel as required to support customer and business needs.
The Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships while driving revenue growth across the Ti-Mill segment of Howmet Aerospace .
This role will support commodity-oriented titanium products and related value-added solutions within the aerospace, defense and industrial markets.
The Account Manager will work closely with internal commercial, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to develop and execute customer growth strategies aligned with the Ti-Mill segment's strategic objectives.
