* High School diploma or GED


* Minimum 2-5 years quality experience in a manufacturing environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


* 4 or more years' Experience in metals manufacturing


* Excellent Communication and Presentation skills (written, verbal and non- verbal), ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.


* Must work well in a team environment and commit to continuous improvement.


* Must be able to obtain an in-house mobile equipment certification, including use of forklift and boom lift


* Basic metal fabrication skills: use of power tools, cutting torch, stick welder, saws, and knee mill.


* Physical Demands: This is primarily a warehouse environment position.

Sitting, Standing and possibly heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs.) may be required.

Temperature conditions will vary with the outside environment.
