Maintain the check stand ends, power panel (wing), outrigger, crossover merchandise, clip/swing (strip) displays, and gift card displays for the location and provide customer service.

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of six months company experience and one-two years related retail experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.


* Minimum 18 years of age


* Ability to pass drug test


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* Ability to work weekends/graveyard shifts on an occasional basis, early shifts, and overtime as needed


* Maintain confidentiality


* Accuracy/attention to detail


* Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects


* Ability to perform applications in MAGIC and Handheld


* Proficient with current Company email


* Familiarity with industry/technical terms/processes

* Order merchandise and maintain/stock all clips/swing (strips), power panels and check stand ends, crossovers and gift cards per schematic


* Verify Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) orders are complete


* Perform Replenishment Management System (RMS) requests


* Coordinate with HBA and GRO Order Clerk to establish Minimums in Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) for Impulse Items


* Comply with stockroom maintenance standards


* Order and maintain displays for cross-over merchandise


* Order off-shelf merchandise


* Maintain compliance with divisional signing, recovery, shrink control guidelines, merchandising standards, ticketing standards, planograms, and composites


* Receive and process freight


* Perform inventory control functions


* Verify promotions are set to standard


* Conduct stock counts


* Maintain accurate On Hands for Replenishment and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) items


* Process product deletions


* Verify accuracy in pricing integrity


* Comply with corporate policies


* Promote and follow Company initiatives


* Maintain awareness of overstock/understock conditions to maintain ordering system integrity


* Respond to verbal customer comments/complaints


* Maintain compliance of Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) standards


* Verify all planograms are completed on time
