Product Manager - Marketing Automation Platforms
This role will drive the adoption of new technologies, oversee prompt engineering initiatives, conduct AI use case assessments, and serve as a product owner for AI-driven platforms.
The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
* Solution Integration: Lead end-to-end integration of AI and conventional solutions into existing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption.
* Experimentation and Testing: Proactively experiment, test, and learn with AI technologies to develop and validate potential solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by piloting new approaches and analyzing outcomes.
* AI Use Case Assessments: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential AI use cases across the organization.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to determine suitability and impact.
Develop business cases and recommendations for AI adoption.
* Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI models to maximize performance, accuracy, and user experience.
Stay abreast of advancements in prompt engineering and apply best practices.
* New Technology Onboarding: Evaluate, pilot, and implement emerging technologies.
Develop onboarding frameworks and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption by business users.
* Product Ownership: Serve as the product owner for AI platforms, defining product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
Gather and prioritize requirements, manage backlogs, and coordinate with engineering and design teams.
* Stakeholder Management: Engage with business leaders, technology partners, and end-users to understand needs, communicate progress, and drive alignment on project goals.
* Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support technology adoption, including communication plans, training sessions, and feedback loops.
* Risk & Compliance: Ensure all AI initiatives comply with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and ethical standards.
Required qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience
* 5+ years of experience in technology project management, product ownership, or related roles.
* Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, prompt engineering, or natural language processing.
* Proven track record of onboarding and integrating new technologies in a corporate environment.
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.
