Your Role: 

S4/HANA Settlement Management Tech Lead

As a key member of our ERP team, you will play a critical role in a multi-year global initiative, driving the internal delivery of our Gross-to-Net (G2N) product.

This is a hands-on opportunity to move beyond relying on contractors and build our in-house expertise.

You will be responsible for advancing how Elanco manages Pricing, Rebates, and Master Data by owning the implementation and enhancement of the SAP S/4HANA Condition Contract and Settlement Management module.

Partnering closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and solution architects, you will translate complex business needs into robust, compliant, and high-quality technical solutions that directly enable critical business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:


* Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and enhancements for the SAP S/4HANA Settlement Management module, from translating business requirements into technical solutions to ensuring timely, compliant (GxP, SOX), and high-quality implementation.


* Partner closely with global business process owners, solution architects, product managers, and delivery partners to align on business strategy, manage project risks, and ensure solutions meet user needs.


* Take ownership of the operational health of G2N-related systems, managing releases, providing support, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and ensuring all changes adhere to quality and compliance standards.


* Act as the go-to subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA Settlement Management, maintaining deep technical knowledge, providing guidance on new requests, and proactively identifying future technical evolutions to enhance functionality.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with an equivalent level of experience.


* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP design, configuration, and implementation, with a focus on processes related to Order to Cash, Pricing, or Rebates.
