Infrastructure and Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure & Network Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure.

This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture, security, and performance optimization.

The Infrastructure & Network Engineer will work closely with other IT teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our network systems.

The selected candidate will be required to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 remote) out of our Dallas, TX, or Cincinnati, OH office.

No relocation assistance is being offered with this role.

Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:


*  Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure.


* Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.


* Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications.


* Manage network-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.


* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company's network infrastructure remains current and competitive.


* Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Technical Knowledge and Understanding:


* Experience with cloud networking solutions, including Azure Universal print


* Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible).

Experience:


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


* Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering.


* Experience with Cisco solutions (Meraki, Cisco)


* Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and security.


* Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.


* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) are a plus.
