Titan Transformation – Strategic Program Lead

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $142,400 - $213,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Strategic Program Lead defines, measures, and communicates the value delivered by enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Operating at the intersection of finance, analytics, delivery, and business operations, this role serves as the single source of truth for value realization-ensuring that expected benefits are clearly defined, rigorously measured, and transparently reported.

This role goes beyond reporting.

You will identify both positive and negative drivers of business performance, surface risks and value leakage, and translate complex data into actionable insights that influence priorities, investment decisions, and execution focus.

You will partner closely with Transformation leadership, Finance, plant operations, and delivery teams to ensure that digital and operational investments deliver credible, finance-validated ROI.
