National Operations Manager
Basic Function
The WDSC National Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the operational performance of the company's WDSC organization across all regions.
The National Operations Manager ensures consistent execution of service standards, drives sales growth through operational excellence, and supports the development and training of field and regional teams.Experience
* A minimum of 5 -10 years of progressive experience in sales operations, field service, or a related industry is required.
Preferred Experience
* Prior experience in the garage door, construction, or building materials industry is strongly preferred.
Education
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience is required.
Required Skills
* Proven success in market expansion and operational growth strategies.
* Strong leadership and people development skills with experience managing multi-location or national teams.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to drive business metrics, productivity, and profitability.
* Proficient with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to communicate, verbal, and written.
Ability to perform basic math calculations (adding and subtracting),
Travel Requirements
* Travel up to 65% nationally to support regional operations, audits, training sessions, and leadership meetings.
Subject to varying road and weather conditions.
A valid driver's license is required.
