Equity Research - SMid Technology Senior Analyst - Vice President

As a Senior Analyst in Equity Research, you will serve as an industry expert, publishing actionable reports and recommendations, and building strong relationships with clients, management teams, and industry partners.

Job responsibilities


* Lead coverage of SMid Technology stocks as an industry expert and thought leader


* Engage with institutional investor clients and internal partners to share investment recommendations and insights


* Build and sustain management and industry relationships, facilitating corporate access through conferences, events, and non-deal roadshows


* Support Capital Markets with investor education and due diligence during equity offerings


* Build and maintain Excel-based models to forecast company financials and project industry dynamics


* Perform detailed valuation work to support stock recommendations


* Write research notes and sector reports, and prepare presentations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Six or more years of senior analyst experience covering Technology


* Established client and corporate relationships


* Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business communication skills, including modeling, forecasting, and valuation experience


* High level of organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven ability to manage a team efficiently


* FINRA licenses Series 86 and Series 87 and/or CFA
