Director, Global Talent Development

The Director, Global Talent Development is responsible for advancing Elanco’s People Strategy and Leader2030 initiatives through the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide talent development solutions.

This role translates strategic leadership and workforce priorities into scalable, high-impact programs that strengthen leadership capability, performance, and career growth across the global enterprise.

This role leads a small team and is accountable for strong people leadership, including coaching, goal setting, performance management, development planning, and execution.

The Director will also leverage AI, systems, and technology to modernize learning resources, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision making.
