Time and Attendance Systems Test Coordinator

Responsible for testing changes and enhancements to the time and attendance system.

* Advanced system testing knowledge

Desired


* 3 years developing and executing systems tests, preferably in an HR or Payroll environment


* Advanced system testing knowledge in HR or Payroll information systems


* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field



* Set up and maintain the more complex contract administration parameters for all collective bargaining agreements and non-union work agreements for the enterprise.


* Develop scope of project plans and development test plans


* Coordinate with in-house and/or off shore teams to communicate programming needs


* Oversee and/or conduct unit and regression testing.


* Record and track defects discovered during test execution.


* Utilize The Kroger Change Management processes to document test case results and system changes.


* Special projects related to Time & Attendance system.
