Intern for CSS Leader

What will you do?


* Work closely with CSS leader, Planner and Operation team


* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution


* Collect, update, and maintain Subcontractor and Partner data (profiles, agreements, licenses).


* Track Service Agreement and license validity and flag upcoming expiries.


* Input and maintain quotation data in digital tools (Excel/Google sheets)


* Check quotations against standard checklists (scope, pricing, lead time, validity).


* Cross-check quotation data and prepare summary sheets for CSS Leader review.


* Track work orders and ensure related service documents are complete and updated.


* Collect safety and cybersecurity documents from Subcontractors.


* Organize and maintain structured digital folders for compliance and audit records.


* Prepare simple tracking reports (quotations, service status, documentation gaps).


* Document processes and suggest basic improvements for standardization and digitalization.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Active university student (max.

8th semester) in Industrial Engineering major or a related field.


* Analytical, organized, and proactive.


* Strong communication and collaboration skills.


* Comfortable working with data, administration and digital tools.


* Familiarity with Excel is a plus.
