For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $142,400 - $213,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel with minimum of five years' experience in complex commercial contracting, providing advice to business clients in all areas of contracting, including disputes.

This is a hybrid role (2 - 3 days a week in office) with some flexibility regarding the specific days in office.

The role will be based in one of the following Schneider Electric hub locations: Boston, MA, Dallas, TX, Raleigh, NC or Franklin, TN.

In this role, you will support multiple Schneider Electric business units and leverage your expertise in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements-including those related to equipment and hardware, software, SaaS, reseller partnerships, and services-across varying levels of scope and complexity.
