Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.

Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).

Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

As a Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst, your role is crucial to ensure the secure and efficient management of digital identities and access privileges across the organization.


* This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions to ensure that only authorized users have access to appropriate resources, aligning with security policies, compliance requirements, and business needs.


* The IAM Technical Analyst acts as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enforce access policies, streamline provisioning processes, and mitigate identity-related risks

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead the analysis and optimization of IAM processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control (RBAC).


* Partner with HR, IT, and business units to align IAM processes with organizational workflows and user needs.


* Document configurations, workflows, integration guides and knowledge base articles.


* Oversee daily operations of IGA platform.


* Provide technical support and training to internal teams on IAM-related topics.


* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to IAM training initiatives.


* Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to detect and respond to identity-related threats and anomalies.


* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX, etc.).


* Continuously identify opportunities to improve IAM support operations, including automating repetitive tasks, enhancing monitoring, and streamlining incident response workflows.
