Position Title: Customer Service Representative, Greeley

Position Summary:

We are looking to hire full-time customer service representatives for a busy, fast paced work environment in the building materials industry.

This position is responsible for acting as a liaison between the customer and the Company.

You will be responsible for providing effective customer service by using in-depth knowledge of company products as well as communicating effectively with all team members within the Company.

Must be a detailed and quick learner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


* Greet and assist all walk-in customers


* Handle all customer questions and concerns


* Phone system etiquette


* Perform basic quotes for metal siding and roofing


* Enter orders into QuickBooks


* Positively contribute a good team environment



* Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and/or Experience:


* High School Diploma or equivalent.



* No previous experience required.

Work Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to manufacturing equipment and machinery, forklifts, and pallets.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

The employee is regularly exposed to hot and cold weather conditions.

Personal protective equipment is required in all areas of the production plant.
