Civil & Structural Project Manager

Enersense Engineering Oy is currently seeking a Civil & Structural Project Manager to join our clients team in industrial, infrastructure and data center projects in Helsinki.

Main tasks and responsibilities:


* Lead and coordinate all Civil & Structural work packages from site setup through commissioning and closeout


* Plan and manage costs, budgets, labour resources, commissioning activities and overall project performance in collaboration with the Project


* Manager, Planner and other stakeholders


* Direct civil and structural site setup and execution, ensuring best-practice documentation, reporting and schedules are implemented


* Coordinate programme, sequencing and design interfaces with planners, subcontractors and consultants to meet client, safety, quality and schedule requirements


* Oversee daily site operations, including progress reporting, manpower control and subcontractor performance


* Drive HSE and Quality to ensure full compliance to required standards


* Review and verify drawings, setting-out, design coordination and as-built documentation


* Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment on scope, cost and quality


* Lead subcontractor, commercial and coordination meetings and represent the Civils & Structures discipline in project, planning, engineering and handover meetings


* Support cost control, forecasting, and change management, ensuring variations and programme impacts are captured and communicated


* Drive project closeout, including punch lists, QA/QC and safety documentation and demobilisation


* Ensure consistently high client satisfaction through professional delivery and transparent communication

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction / engineering discipline


* Several years of experience delivering CSA packages within a contracting or construction environment, preferably on large or complex projects


* Experience of Data Centre Projects considered as an advantage


* Proven experience in a lead or senior site role, managing teams, subcontractors and multiple work fronts


* Strong understanding of project planning, sequencing, cost control and programme management


* Excellent knowledge of site operations, HSE regulations and quality control standards


* Strong organisational, communication and people-management skills, with the ability to lead meetings and drive accountability


* A proactive and forward-thinking mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture
