Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Here are the typical job duties for a Quality Inspector:

Inspect Products and Materials


* Examine raw materials, components, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.

Document Inspection Results


* Record findings and maintain detailed inspection reports.


* Note any non-conformances and communicate them to relevant departments.

Ensure Compliance


* Verify that products meet industry standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements.


* Follow ISO, Schneider Electric Standards, or other applicable quality standards.

Support Continuous Improvement


* Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).


* Suggest improvements to inspection procedures or product design.

This job might be for you if you are:


* Conducting in-process, final, and incoming inspections.


* Experience with non-conformance reporting (NCR) and quality audits.


* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

* Ability to work independently and manage time efficient


* Good computer skills in Microsoft; Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Who will you report to?

You will report to the Quality Control & Manufacturing Quality Process Lead.

This role is an onsite position.

You are required to report to either the Fairfield or West Chester, OH facility 5 days a week.

Qualifications:


* High school diploma


* 2+ years of experience in quality inspection


* Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.


* Experience with basic computer skills


* Proficiency in written and spoken English
