What you will do

The Manager, Project Management COE is responsible for Training, Change Management and Communications related to our common project management framework of standards and tools and aligned expectations for Project Managers in Kenvue.

This role will monitor the consistency and effectiveness of the project manager role based on the impact it is having on desired innovation, renovation and remediation project outcomes and pipeline health.

Partnering closely with key stakeholders, the Manager, Project Management COE will identify COE and PM opportunity areas and implement action plans.
Key Responsibilities


* Manage the design, rollout and communications of new learning material supporting the Project Management community standards, inclusive of skills, behaviors and processes and possibly systems.


* Manage and consistently enhance according to evolving business needs, the primary repositories for resources related to project management, innovation processes and related tools, learning and templates.

May own select enterprise-wide process and template design related to end to end project management and Kenvue's Operating model.


* Partner with internal and sometimes external experts to bring in appropriate training curriculum to support identified mandatory skillsets for the PM community.

May at times broaden learning/communications remit to additional functional areas beyond project management where there are commonalities or a strategic business need.


* Solicit and synthesize feedback from multiple functions including R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Operations, Finance, and others to understand the progress being made in pursuit of a premiere project management organization in Kenvue.

Implement necessary adjustments or support infrastructure.
