Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Designs, plans, develops and manages a product or portfolio of products throughout the solution portfolio lifecycle: from new product definition or enhancements to existing products; planning, design, forecasting, and production; to end of life.

Management Level Definition:

Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainable.

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.

Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.

Senior Product Manager for CPQ & SKU strategy will be responsible for defining, governing, and optimizing the product catalog, SKU architecture, and CPQ workflows to enable accurate, scalable, and efficient product configuration and pricing.

This role partners closely with product management, engineering, sales operations, finance, and IT to translate product offerings into structured SKUs, bundles, and rules that support business strategy, operational efficiency, and a seamless sales experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical and business acumen, deep experience with CPQ systems, and a structured approach to product modeling.

They ensure that complex products can be easily configured, priced, and quoted while maintaining consistency, compliance, and margin objectives across regions and channels.

Responsibilities:


* Leads and drives the end to end strategy and operational product roadmap for one or more products.


* Defines the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring one or more innovative and disruptive products to market with respect to the whole company product portfolio (i.e.
